1- Quit Smoking
During the month of December I have been cutting down my cigarette intake dramatically. I've smoked for the last two and a half years. For the last year I've smoked between two and seven cigarettes daily. Over the last two months I have cut down to no more than two a day and during December I have been (not so gradually) increasing my number of consecutive smoke-free days from one to three.
The plan is to be completely smoke free starting on January 1st. December 31st will be my very last cigarette ever.
2- Exercise Daily
I will be attempting to fit a half hour of yoga into my schedule every day.
3- Eat Breakfast Daily
I made breakfast yesterday and this morning I had three bites of cottage cheese before I had to run into work.
4- Do Laundry Every Week
As of now, I do laundry every three weeks about... whenever it is that I realize I have absolutely no clean panties. I'd really like to have a better handle on it. I doubt if all our clothes have been clean at the same time since we got married.
